Rita Hatzmann-Luksch brings this archetypal female figure into the 21st century. In ELEKTRA, culture clashes lead to incomprehension and resentment. The views of her parents Clytemnestra and Agamemnon clash. The characters are transformed by live electronic sounds by Georg O. Luksch and the background experimental film by Erich Heyduck, razor-sharp reinterpreted by Rita Luksch and prepared in their emotional content for today's viewing and listening habits. The emotional tone allows the audience to delve deep into the spheres of thought and merges with the expressive performance.
