Family discounts
The Schneebären Card partners promote families by means of various ticket discounts. Schneebären Card families and partner season ticket packages can be purchased at discounts of up to 40%.
Discounts with family pass or family confirmation
Families with a family certificate receive discounts on both day and multi-day tickets.
What counts as a family certificate?
In Austria, individual federal states offer family passes for families (e.g. Styrian family pass "Zwei und Mehr"), on which the legal guardians and the children are listed with dates of birth. Possible proofs for guests of other federal states or national states are also e-cards (social security cards), identity cards and passports, if it is clear from them that the children are own children and they are under 18 years old.
Discounts for families on day tickets
Parents and children up to 18 years of age receive tickets up to 1 day duration at a 10% discount if parents accompany the registered children on the ski day and the tickets are purchased together. Valid only upon presentation of ID cards/family confirmations.
Discounts for families with multi-day tickets
When buying multi-day tickets for parents and children together, all additional children ski for free from the third child onwards. Valid only upon presentation of the ID cards/family confirmations.
Babycard
In general, ski tickets are not transferable. For parents with children under the age of three, the Schneebären ski areas offer the Baby Card. With this card, the young parents can take turns skiing so that the other can watch the baby or toddler while they do so.
Both parents and the child are registered and photographed at the lift ticket office, so that the cable car employees can identify both authorized persons during the visual comparison when passing through the turnstile. The card is NOT transferable between generations (e.g. mother, grandmother).

Alpine Cuisine by Richard Rauch
Winter sports enthusiasts and friends of Styrian cuisine will be delighted with the "Almkulinarik by Richard Rauch" offer: at 15 selected huts, the gourmet meal on the sun terrace tastes twice as good. The highest level of cuisine along the ski slopes, cross-country ski trails and winter hiking trails.
Away from the pistes
Away from prepared slopes, the region shows its quieter side. As a winter hiker you have a large selection of prepared winter hiking trails with 300 kilometers.
