There are two routes: between 210 and 240 km in length and 5,800-7,900 vertical meters. Every year, more and more cycling enthusiasts pedal around the Dachstein course. And it is no surprise - the unequalled setting with its majestic alpine world around the noble Dachstein mountain and the crystal-clear lakes of Salzkammergut, all these wonders conspire to draw in visitors who want to experience them close up by bike. Whether you are just adventurous, taking part for the first time in a tour spread over a number of days and locations or whether you are an experienced athlete - the Dachstein course has something for everyone! Whether on the Dachsteinrunde Classic or on the longer Dachsteinrunde Experience, whereby the latter is clearly more demanding in terms of sporting ability

You can also enjoy riding Dachstein's unique course on an e-bike - available since 2014.
There is also a Dachstein course that has been adapted by the cycling community and marked out with signs for e-bikers. Between every spring and autumn, it offers a refreshing 4-day outdoor experience.
