Customer Club and Bonus World
The Schladming-Dachstein Customer Club got off to a brilliant start and now, after a little more than one year of its existence, already boasts around 21,000 members. Closely interwoven with the Customer Club itself is our Bonus World. Through various activities in the region, Customer Club Members can collect points and redeem them for rewards which are available on Bonus World. Currently, the three most frequently claimed Bonus World items are the Schladming-Dachstein tube scarf, the Ramsau tube scarf, and the felt bag. Mathias Schattleitner, General Manager of Schladming-Dachstein Tourist Office, explains: “Through customer loyalty programs and targeted marketing, our Customer Club indirectly contributes to value creation. It is our goal to achieve this directly as well. That said, our Bonus World, where Customer Club Members collect points and thus earn great rewards, plays a decisive role. We have developed a three-step concept – including free points redemption, product discounts, along with exclusive products which are only purchasable by members and which offer special advantages.”
Check-In Challenges
Check-In Challenges make it possible for Customer Club Members to check in at places they visit in the region via mobile device and the Schladming-Dachstein App. With a little bit of luck, they might win a prize when they check in. Each Check-In Challenge is consistent with a specific motto or field of interest. So, for example, fans of the television series “Die Bergretter” can visit shooting locations, whilst those with gourmet interests can check in at participating Alpine Cuisine huts. Every completed challenge also earns points towards Bonus World.
