Cooking in the cooking box is a particularly gentle and energy-saving method of preparing food. Agnes Lemmerer has been leading seminars on this topic in her seminar kitchen for a long time and is already known far beyond the Sölk region.
The old tradition brings food stored in winter to the table. In this workshop we will try our hand at a light vegetarian menu with vegetables and grains.
