Guided tour "Mountain pine distillery"
Latschenbrennerei Planneralm
In the highest natural pharmacy on the Planneralm, the valuable mountain pine oil is produced according to ancient tradition. For more than 50 years, the boiler on the Planneralm has been fired up in summer to turn the young shoots of the mountain pine (Krummholzkiefer) into the soothing oil.
You can find out everything you need to know on a guided tour. And don't forget - always take a deep breath.

Guided tour of the Planneralm mountain pine distillery, every Monday
The highest natural pharmacy is located at an altitude of 1,600 metres.
Duration of the tour: approx. 45 minutes
Registration required by 12:00 on Sunday.
On all other days, the guided tour is not included in the Sommercard, but is possible for a fee and by prior arrangement.
Closed in case of snow and ice.
