After a successful project launch in June 2019, Almkulinarik by Richard Rauch was also available in winter for the first time this year. In the summer of 2020, you can also enjoy top-class award-winning cuisine at various huts in Schladming-Dachstein. Celebrity chef Richard Rauch - known in Germany from the TV cooking show "Küchenschlacht" - will develop a special dish together with the hut owners. The innkeepers will then each offer their dish in their hut throughout the summer. Richard Rauch guarantees that the dishes will be exceptional and extraordinarily good. After all, he has been awarded a Gault Millau toque since 2006 and was declared Chef of the Year in 2014 with 17 out of 20 possible points.

So from now on, an ideal culinary summer holiday in Schladming-Dachstein looks like this: Engage in summer activities of all kinds and visit a different participating hut every day and order the corresponding Alm-Hauben dish. A total of 15 huts in the Schladming-Dachstein Region are participating.
