Guided introductory hike on Monday - Impression #1

Guided introductory hike on Monday

As part of the hiking program, there is a guided introductory hike every Monday, which provides a good start to the hiking week. Three different hikes are offered, which vary weekly. When which hike takes place is announced in the weekly program of the Schladming-Dachstein Tourism Association.

The tours:
Wild Waters

The Wilde Wasser water trails run through the Untertal and Obertal valleys, from Schladming up to the summit regions. A highlight is certainly the themed trail "Wild Waters" in the Untertal - this one may adorn itself with the awards as "National Geographic" hiking trail, "most popular certified hiking tour" in Austria, and the "Service Excellence Award" of the Luxury Travel Awards.
As part of the guided introductory hike on Monday, various sections of these waterways will be hiked.

  • Meeting point: 9:00 am Info Office Schladming
  • Tour: about 3 to 4 hours, easy to medium

Rittisberg

The Rittisberg offers a variety of hiking opportunities and offers suitable tours for all ages. Whether an ascent with the newly built gondola, a hike to the summit cross or a circumnavigation of the Ritisberg - there are no limits.

Brandriedl - Roseggersteig

The hike starts at Gasthof Edelbrunn, from where it goes in the direction of Rosseggersteig. At first moderately uphill, the path leads over a steeper forest floor to the Brandriedel, where the Ramsau alpine pasture area stretches out with a wonderful view. On the way back can be varied, whereby here depending on the weather situation will be decided at short notice.
