Water experience Öblarn
Experience-help-learn
The unique natural hazard simulation model "Öblarn Water Experience" offers educational guided tours that combine awareness-raising with fun and games.
The "Öblarn Copper Trail" is a show trail with information on the five-hundred-year history of the important copper and sulphur pyrite mining in the Walchental valley. It also provides insights into the socio-historical development of the village of Öblarn in connection with mining. Special highlights and rarities include the "Thaddäusstollen" show mine, the "Röststadel" or "Schwefelofen" and the unique "Silbertreibherd".
In addition, the shared ride in the covered wagon, which can accommodate up to 45 people, offers a special experience.
