A Warm Welcome to Waldnerwirt!

Our agricultural and forestry property "Waldnerwirt" and the former guesthouse, also called "Wirt," is located in the district of Kleinsölk in the municipality of Sölk at an altitude of 997 m, in the holiday region of Schladming-Dachstein. Kleinsölk offers a peaceful setting and is perfect for activities in both summer and winter – ideal for nature lovers and sports enthusiasts.

The property also includes the "Wirthütte" in the Breitlahnalm in the Kleinsölker Obertal.

Waldnerwirt is the home of the musician Professor Johann Koller, who also runs the music publishing house KOLLERSOUND. Former owners of our farm were the then-mayor of the municipality of Kleinsölk, Johann Koller, and the mayor Karl Koller.
