Generous, exclusive, modern, high ceilings, 4 TVs with SAT connection, DVD-Player, Sony PlayStation 1 Game-Console, USB charging sockets in the 3 bedrooms, Wi-Fi incl.
The kitchen is very generously equipped and leaves little to be desired. fully automatic coffee machine, Nespresso coffee machine, milk frother, French press, toaster, fridge, freezer, fondue set, oven, pots, pans, dishes / glasses, ... We love to cook.
There are some games as well as children's toys in the apartment.
Bath and hand towels, bed linen and kitchen towels are included (for the booked persons) in the price! Upon request and against a surcharge available: e.g. sauna towels, bathrobes, baby travel cots and the use of the washing machine!
The air conditioning of the apartment is done by cooling the ceiling (very pleasant and natural cooling, no cold drafts!) (=detail of the equipment "air conditioning")!
Important: there are no video cameras in the apartment!

Conditions
The apartment price is calculated as follows, among other things:
- depending on the season, depending on the number of persones and depending on the number of nights
- "Nächtigungspauschale" (sometimes called tourist tax) per person per night
- one-time booking fee
- one-time cleaning fee
- bed linen is included free of charge for the number of persons booked
Security-Deposit:
We collect a security-deposit of € 500 in addition to the total amount stated due to the very exclusive and very high-quality fittings. Please pay this into our account no later than 14 days before your arrival. You will receive this security-deposit back a few days after your departure if you leave the apartment in that condition as it was handed over to you.
further important notes:
- following international trends, we offer a (contactless) "self check-in"
- the house rules must be followed
- the rest times must be observed (12:00-15:00 and 22:00-06:00)
- no parties or events
- pets are not allowed
- non-smoking apartment
- we point out, in order to facilitate the "self-check-in" or to be able to guarantee your security even better, that a video surveillance camera is (only) installed in the anteroom at the apartment entrance door. This system only records data when motion is detected in the anteroom, whereby technically no sound can be recorded. If you want to prevent any recording during your stay, you can simply cover the camera.
- we point out that a noise monitoring device is installed in the apartment to ensure the privacy of all residents of the house!
- we endeavor to make the listed equipment or devices etc. available to all guests as completely and fully functional as possible. Unfortunately, e.g. due to possible short-term defects, we cannot always guarantee this - thank you for your understanding!
