Summer: Our house is located in Schladming-Rohrmoos on the Hochwurzen at 1300m. Summer and winter fantastic view of the entire Dachstein massif. Very quiet location. Easy bike tours on the Reiteralm, into the Preunegg Valley with a continuation of the Enns Cycle Path. To the upper and lower valleys. On the Planai there is a downhill course. Hikes directly from the house to the Hochwurzen, the Reiteralm, the Hauser Kaibling or the Planai. To the nearby Gumpental or to the Sattental as well as to the Sewigtal to the Styrian Lake Constance with the possibility of ascent to the Hans Wödl Hütte. Or the 5-hut hike in Ramsau am Dachstein. One swimming lake in Pichl and one in Aich. You can do it all by bus. Also, if you make mountain crossings, you will come back to the house by bus. You don't need a car. Close to the house are many lifts that take you to the surrounding mountains.

Winter: Directly at the 4-seater chairlift Fun Jet, which takes you to the ski area on the Hochwurzen, directly at the descent to Pichl for the continuation of the journey to the Reiteralm, directly on the ski path to the Planai West gondola, which takes you to the Planai and from there on to the Hauser Kaibling. Directly in front of our house is the ski bus stop with night line. You do not need a car during your stay in our house. Access is via a state road that is always cleared and is uncomplicated. You can go cross-country skiing, tobogganing, horse-drawn sleigh rides, winter hiking, snowshoeing and enjoy the excellent cuisine. In our immediate vicinity there is an après-ski alpine pasture. You can eat well there.

Apartment: The apartment is spacious with approx. 75m² each, for 4 people, living room with couch, fully equipped kitchen, 2 separate bedrooms, shower with toilet and guest toilet extra. Storage room, 2 TVs. WLan withaout charge. The apartment has its own entrance. In summer there is a private terrace and an extra seating area with deck chairs in front of the house.

Our house is best located d i r e c t l y in the centre of the 4 mountain ski circuit Planai, Hochwurzen, Reiteralm and Hauser Kaibling, on the sea level of 1350 m and d i r e c t l y on 8 km illuminated toboggan and ski run, and situated next lift and ski bus station. So you can find always best snow and skiing conditions without using a car. You are able to reach all points in the whole ski area d i r e c t l y from our house with ski .Ski, guiding and sled rent possible. Excellent view from the flat to the mountain Dachstein – glacier. 3-room-flat, 75 qm, with living room including a fully equipped kitchen, Internet, 2xTV, Service for the rolls.
