Our family run house is situated in front of one of the most breathtaking sceneries of the Alps, right nearby the endless slopes and lifts of Ski Amadeé, as well as restaurants and the ski school. The house in modern wooden style, offers hospitality with distinctive charm, 45 minutes from historical Salzburg. Find a quiet place with good infrastructure for nature, culture and sport, summer and winter. We wish to offer you recreating and active days, enjoying the wonderful landscape and the inspiration of pure nature. You will be charmed by the high standard of comfort and the convenience of spacious rooms and an own terrace. Find coziness and warmth on cold alpine winter evenings.
Corona: As we have one apartment only with a separat entrance there is no point of contact with other people.

When booking a prepayment of 30 % of the rent is due, to be paid within two weeks. If not paid in time the booking is not falid. The rest of the rent is to be paid upon arrival in cash or withdrawn two weeks prior to the first day of your holiday. When cancelling the booking, the prepayment will not be refunded. If cancelling one month prior to the holiday 70 % of the cost of your holiday is due, within two weeks prior to the holiday 100 % of the holiday cost is to be paid.
