Vacation in your own holiday home Kleinhäusl-your feel good address in Ramsau am Dachstein.Our comfortable holiday home situated on the sunny plateau in the town of Vorberg is modern, comfortably furnished and offers room for up to 6 people. Use the ski bus in the winter to access the Dachstein glacier, the nearby family ski areas in Ramsau or any number of ski hills that are a part of Ski Amadé. The bus stop is accessible by foot and only 50 meters away. Access to over 200km worth of classic cross country as well as skate skiing tracks can be found 100m from our house. A 3 minute walk will take you to the Brandstätter horse riding ranch. Kleinhäusl is fully renovated and offers 2 separate bedrooms on the top floor as well as a modern designed bathroom. The well lit living room provides a dining area, large couch sitting area, flatscreen TV, aquarium and fireplace. Lastly, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, toaster and coffee machine. Free WIFI is available throughout the house.Upon request, fresh rolls can be delivered to your door in the mornings by the local baker. Treat yourself to an evening out at one of the nearby Hotel-Restaurants offering national and regional specialities. Other guesthouses and grocery shops can be accessed by car in just 5 minutes.Enjoy the beautiful view of the Schladming Planai World Cup mountain as well as the majestic backdrop of the Dachstein mountain region from your sunny terrace. Our holiday home also offers a garden to relax in with a BBQ area and herb garden to enjoy. A roofed Carport as well as a parking spot in front of the house are available to you.
