Enjoy a car-free and relaxing holiday in our house, which is located directly beneath the bottom station of the Hauser Kaibling cableway. In only five minutes on foot you can reach both the 4-mountains interlinked ski area as well as the cross-country skiing trail.
Our comfortable attic flat has been furnished with care and lovely details. It is divided into 2 double bedrooms (+ one cot or additional bed, if required), 1 three-bed room and 1 bed-sit room with a double pull-out bed 180x200 cm.
The dining room and the living room with flatscreen are separated, so that all demands may be met simultaneously.
Additionally, there is a fully equipped and modern kitchen, a dining room, a bathroom with two sinks and a separate toilet. All in all, the apartment is 80 m² big and therefore offers plenty of room for a relaxing stay, even with a big family or group of friends under one roof. The kitchen offers various dishes for festive cooking, such as raclette, grill, fondue, waffles as well as 30 different kinds of spices.
In the deep-freezer below the fridge there is enough room to store food you may have brought along from home.
Our motto is „All inclusive“, which is why it is not necessary to bring along household stuff such as desinfection, toilet paper, cleaning agent, detergent, sponge, tabs for the dishwasher, tissue paper, hairdryer, …

The house also offers a small guest library, many family board and card games, open space around the house for children to play and build a snowman, hiking and biking trails directly in front of the house, two garages as well as enough open air parking space, storage room for bicikles in summer and skis and boots with shoe dryer in winter, and table tennis. This is a non-smoking apartment and no pets are allowed. The prepayment is 30%. The rental price includes tourist tax, energy use and water consumption, bedlinen and final cleaning. It is possible to recieve a discount for children. The house is a „summercard partner“, which offers various regional services. The yellow house (easily recognisable with its red winter garden) is visible from the main road. To arrive, you leave the main road at the bottom station of the Hauser Kaibling cablecar and follow a smaller road 200 metres in the direction of Weißenbach. The coodinates are:
