"Die KALSBERGERin" - a holiday apartment for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts

Our spacious apartment is furnished with loving care and accommodates 4 to 5 people (75m²). A fully equipped kitchen-living room with a view of the valley invites you to cook, chat and enjoy time together. The contemporary equipment of the apartment including Wi-Fi, a dishwasher and a freezer provides additional modern convenience.

The smell of fresh bread rolls from the bread oven will put a smile of anticipation for breakfast on your face. Along with the home-made honey from our own small beekeeping will be your morning a true natural delight.

Recharge your batteries in the two spacious bedrooms, each equipped with a comfortable double bed, their own shower / toilet and satellite TV. Fully relaxed, you will be able to enjoy your new holiday experiences. We are also happy to provide a cot for the little holiday guests, if needed.

Location:
Our apartment is surrounded by nature and fresh mountain air in a sunny location on the edge of a forest. Within a few minutes’ drive you can reach the village Donnersbachwald and the family skiing area ‘Riesneralm’ a hidden gem within the Alps. A nearby cross-country ski trail and a toboggan run offer further fun activities in the close area.

The ski and snowboard school ‘Magic Snow’ provides the best support for skiing beginners to ensure that your first turns in the snow will be a full success. The big skiing area ‘Kinder-Skischaukel’, especially designed for children’s needs, is a real paradise for little skiers.

Even in summer, "Die KALSBERGERin" is an ideal starting point for numerous hiking or mountain bike tours, as well as trips to the Schladming-Dachstein region or the Ausseerland.

Host information

In 2002 we have been able to fulfil our big dream and moved into our newly built home. Since then, our 3 boys have grown up, left the house and started their own families. Soon the decision was made to create a holiday apartment on the first floor. Since we still enjoy our house every day, as if it were the first, we decided it could only be a “holiday home for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts”.

With this in mind, we wish our guests a pleasant stay in our holiday apartment "Die KALSBERGERin".

Spacious holiday apartment furnished with loving care offers space for 4 to 5 people (75m²). A fully equipped kitchen-living room with a dishwasher, a freezer, a coffee machine and an oven. The kitchen also provides a bread oven to bake bread for your breakfast. Two spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed, own shower / toilet and satellite TV. An additional room with a comfortable couch offers space for another person. We are also happy to provide a cot, if needed. Complementary Wifi in the apartment.
