The apartment KASA 4.10 is situated in a quiet and sunny panoramic location, 15 min from the centre of Schladming, 20 min from the railway station, directly on the walking, cycling and hiking trail network. Car-free holidays guaranteed. Access to the 4-mountain Schladming ski area or the cross-country skiing eldorado of Ramsau am Dachstein is easily possible by ski bus. The bus stop is in the immediate vicinity. Restaurants, supermarkets and centre shops are within walking distance.

Your own parking space in the carport (1 car), e-car charging stations (2) directly in front of the flat house, guest parking spaces (2), heated ski cellar and bike storage space (with e-charging station) that can be locked, round off the offer.
We offer a bread roll service via the Steffl-Bäck bakery. The day before you can order until 5:30 pm/the next morning you will have your bread rolls at the flat.
From mid-May to 1 November the Schladming-Dachstein Summer Card is included in the price. This card offers many free benefits and discounts, such as free use of the local cable cars and buses and free admission to the pools in Haus and Schladming. The card is valid from 13:00 on the day of arrival, throughout your stay and all day on the day of departure.
