The apartment with breathtaking, uninterrupted panoramic views of the mountains of the Schladminger Tauern including the ski mountains of the Schladming Dachstein ski region is facing south in an absolutely green and quiet location directly on the edge of the forest of the Ramsau Kulmberg.
The south-facing terrace, which is not visible, is the ideal place to enjoy the sun and the view of the mountains with a coffee or a glass or two.
Both winter and summer walking and hiking trails as well as walking routes lead directly behind the house.
Mountain bike trails in summer and cross-country trails (both classic and skating) in winter are in the immediate vicinity, around 250 m away.
Local supply options are by car in about 5 minutes, on foot in about 25 minutes. to reach.
The apartment itself is one of two separate, separately accessible residential units in a two-family house.
It can be reached via a roofed external staircase leading downwards.
