Burning Hen Festival

Once a year, the hektar gang fires up the world's largest chicken barbecue and turns it into a whole festival: the BURNING HEN.

And what is it supposed to be?

Quite simply, it's the focal point for everyone who wants to challenge the status quo in the village and promote the country and its people. We bring together the people who get things done, who make progress and who can help you to do the same.

In 2024, we are once again throwing the party of the year - with certain advantages: Our keynotes, deep dives and masterclasses will provide inspiration and motivation for everyone who wants to make progress on land, and in the evening we'll once again have some great show acts to heat things up.

The keynote speakers and their topics have already been finalised. As soon as there's news about our Deep Dives and Master Classes, you'll be the first to know here.

Saying the right things in front of the right people is simply a burner, and that's exactly what our speakers at the BURNING HEN Festival intend to do. Prepare yourself for a morning full of interesting insights and motivating stories on the following topics:

the 12th of October will be a long day, because we really have a lot planned! The programme starts at 9:30 a.m., but we'll be opening the gates for you from 8:30 a.m. onwards.

How do I get to the BURNING HEN?

Schladming is located in the heart of the country, so it is easy to reach from all sides.

For all those who want to come by train: That's great, because the Schladmng train station is just one and a half kilometres away from the Hohenhaus Tenne.

And for all those travelling by car: Also good, because there are plenty of parking spaces within walking distance of our festival location. And it's free of charge.
