Without the art forge Schweiger many bells would remain silent. Because it is their clappers that give bells all over the world their impressive sound. You can watch how a clapper is made from a piece of steel by appointment. Duration about 1 hour.
But not only clappers are handmade in the smithy in Donnersbach. Hans & his team also forge many other products - also on request.
Railings, grilles, gates, fences, lanterns, fireplace sets, lamps, chandeliers, curtain rods, bell pulls, candle holders, smoking pans, copper kettles, cooking utensils, antique fittings, damask jewellery, tool repairs, special tool making, forging for Wagner and much more.
