On the northern slopes of the 1916 m high Kochofen Michaelerberg the community, with its five boroughs.
Michaelerberg East and West Michaelerberg can be reached via a good mountain road.

The three other districts, Tunzendorf, Moss's home and a part of Pruggern lie in a valley on each alluvial fan of a stream.
