Advent at Dachstein

Before the official start of the winter season, the Dachstein will open its doors on December 21 exclusively for around 120 guests for a contemplative Advent evening. After the ascent to the mountain station, you will be welcomed with a punch on the viewing terrace. A festive 3-course Advent menu awaits you at the glacier restaurant, setting the stage for the evening's highlight: a literary-musical nativity search presented by Josef Schnedl and author Peter Gruber. Together with musicians Hans-Peter Knaus and Burkhard Höfer, they will take you on an approximately 90-minute reading titled "Aus den Lüften pfeift’s der Wind: Es kommt ein Kind, es kommt ein Kind." A memorable evening that emphasizes the peaceful pre-Christmas atmosphere on the Dachstein.
