Pandoras kleine Schwester
As a pocket-sized Titanic orchestra, Pandora's little sister conquers the world's oceans and even makes icebergs sweat in rough seas. Violin, accordion and piano are used below deck, and recently a clarinet has also come on board. Since 2019, the dance band has been playing sea shanties of broken hearts and capsized hope. With an encore!
Fritsch & The Jims
Fritsch & The Jims is a Vienna-based project in the tradition of Austropop. Between urban neurosis and weltschmerz, the four musicians ignore conventional structures and draw musically from the full: Folk, Funk, Blues and Jazz. In the process, the groove-trained Jims meet the songs of dialect lyricist Michael Fritsch. Their songs invite you to a musical journey that reaches deep into the 60s without ever forgetting the present. Since 2022 they present Jakoblhütte a self-recorded and specially written project, which is released in four parts. A musical answer to the question: what the Fritsch is Austrogroove?
- Michael Fritsch: vocals/acoustic guitar
- Martin Niederl: electric guitar/e-bass
- Johannes Moser: Keys/Bass
- Sebastian Arzbacher: drums
