  DEPOSIT: after booking, a deposit of 40% is to be paid through an online portal.

  OCCUPANCY:

  "Apartment 1" up to max. 6 persons
  "Apartment 2" up to max. 4 persons

  Local tax per person (children under 15 years free): € 2.50 / night

  Final cleaning: € 140.00 (included in the total price)

  Bedding and towels are included in the price.

  Children under 2 years stay for free in their parents' bed. A baby cot can be provided free of charge upon availability; we kindly ask for prior reservation with the host.
