With an experienced flight instructor at your side, your dream of flying will come true in a simple and uncomplicated way. Paragliding tandem flights from the Planai or Hochwurzen take place daily in flying weather and anyone who can walk can fly!
Or you can take part in a 7-day paragliding basic course during your summer vacation: After a very short time you will make your first small flights on the practice slope and continuously improve your flying skills. After a few days you can make your first high-altitude flight from the Planai or the Rittisberg in a wonderful alpine landscape - of course with radio instruction.

Intro to Paragliding
Free participation - Paragliding taster course
‘Flying is so easy - take off running and glide over the meadow at low altitude’
Minimum age: 15 years
Meeting point: 08.45 am in Ramsau am Dachstein No. 269 (right next to the petrol station)
What to bring: Sturdy, ankle-high shoes with good tread soles (are compulsory), sporty clothing, water bottle!
Experience how exciting and beautiful flying can be. Under the guidance of a flying instructor, you will learn how to launch the paraglider on the practice slope and take off from the ground. Paraglider, harness and helmet are provided.

For 30 years the flying school Aufwind has been taking care of the take-off and landing sites on the Planai and Hochwurzen and provides these paragliding pilots.
Tandem flights from the summit of the Planai or Hochwurzen as well as from the middle station are possible daily in flying weather winter and summer!
