Constant drop hollows the marble
With Eva, our nature guide, you have a stone in your bed, in the stream bed that is. This guided hike takes us to the marble outcrops in the Strub and demonstrates the impressive power of nature. You will learn all kinds of interesting facts about the formation of the Sölk valley, marvel at the rock formations, look for your personal souvenir stone, build a stone manderl or simply enjoy the silence and tranquillity of the gorge.
Good shoes, sure-footedness and a head for heights are required, as the trail takes us partly through the stream bed, a steep forest trail and over the approx. 40-metre-high wall of the reservoir.
Meeting point: Car park at the dam reservoir Großsölk, 10 o'clock
