FIS World Cup Ramsau am Dachstein
Nordic Combined Women and Men - Langlauf-Stadion Ramsau am Dachstein
he best Nordic all-rounders in the world will meet again this winter in Ramsau am Dachstein. The competitions in the 1999 World Cup venue have been a fixture in the Nordic combined World Cup calendar for years and the difficult cross-country track in particular pushes the combined stars to their limits every year. After their World Cup premiere two years ago, the women's event will be held in Styria for the third time and will ensure thrilling races. In total, spectators can look forward to four exciting individual competitions - and all that with free admission!
The cross-country skiing region Ramsau am Dachstein in Styria has been a regular fixture in the FIS World Cup calendar for Nordic combined athletes since 1995/96. In mid-December, over 100 athletes will once again be competing for coveted World Cup points.
The Austrian combined athletes around Johannes Lamparter and Lisa Hirner as well as local hero Franz Josef Rehrl want to finish in the exciting combination competitions with a jump from the Hillsize 98 hill and the Gundersen cross-country competition (as the pursuit with time intervals from ski jumping is called) on top of the podium.
