SHINRIN-JOKU forest bathing - Immersion in the "Therme" forest
With the help of terpenes, DO-IN and simple physical exercises you activate your immune system with Petra and thus promote a healthy and relaxed body.
Health aspect:
The DO-IN physical exercises promote flexibility and mobility in the muscles and joints. The particularly high concentration of oxygen in the coniferous forest allows the lungs and the entire organism to breathe freely. The scent of the forest, which contains terpenes, also strengthens the immune system.

In contrast to active exercise while walking or hiking, forest bathing allows you to linger and consciously perceive and absorb the forest. You immerse yourself in nature, establish a connection with it and mindfully breathe in the special healing power of the trees. Together with Petra, we head into the Pürglitzwald forest, where simple DO-IN physical exercises are used to harmonise breathing and movement. This allows you to really enjoy the ‘forest’ bath.
