De tour
From the rustic Hochalm, which you reach after a 1 ½ hr. walk via a beautiful hiking path, a 4 km long sled run (floodlit after dark) brings you all the way back to the alpine village. If the climb up is too much effort, simply call ahead at +43(0)6454/72444 and, between 4 and 9 p.m., a Skidoo will bring you effortlessly up to the start (except during heavy snowfall).
