On Saturday, June 21, 2025, organist Ludwig Zettler invites you to his solo concert in the parish church of Öblarn. Featuring works by Georg Muffat, Johann Sebastian Bach, César Franck, Peter Planyavsky, and others, he brings concertante organ music to life in his hometown. This special program, which he will also perform for his bachelor’s exam, holds a deep personal significance.

Ludwig is studying Catholic Church Music and Organ Pedagogy with a focus on vocal performance at the University of Music and Performing Arts Graz. In gratitude to his father, who has supported him throughout his musical journey, Ludwig expresses his joy for music in a powerful and moving way.

Audiences can look forward to a musical journey through various stylistic periods – from baroque masterpieces and romantic soundscapes to modern compositions. The organ reveals its full range of expression: sometimes virtuosic and powerful, sometimes meditative and profound.
