Our house is child-friendly and pet-friendly, so your four-legged companions are more than welcome. Wi-Fi and internet use are free, so you can stay connected at all times.
The green zone in the urban area ensures peaceful hours in nature, while the ski bus stop right at the door might get your heart racing. Enjoy the freedom of booking without meals, and lighten your travel budget by paying in advance or via bank transfer. Seniors, non-smokers, and singles will also find their place of quiet in our comfortable rooms with a view.
You will find our lovingly furnished holiday apartment on the 1st floor of our house. Spread over 2 floors, it features a balcony, 2 bedrooms, a living area with a corner sofa, a kitchen with a dishwasher, a hallway, and a bathroom with a shower/WC.
The city center and the Planai valley station are just a few minutes' walk away.
Of course, you can park for free on our property.

All daily rates include all ancillary costs (water, electricity, etc.) AT ALL TIMES. Pets are only allowed upon arrangement.
We accept no liability for direct or indirect damages that occur during the stay in the apartment. In no case are we liable for injury to an apartment guest or loss or damage to an apartment guest's property.
The cancellation conditions of the Austrian hospitality industry mentioned above apply.
- Up to 3 months before the agreed arrival date: no cancellation fee
- Up to 1 month before the arrival date: 40% of the arrangement price
- Up to 1 week before the arrival date: 70% of the arrangement price
- In the last week: 90% of the arrangement price
Contact & Directions
Arrival
Arrival time: The planned arrival time at the apartment should be communicated at least 2 days before the arrival of the person mentioned in the confirmation email to arrange the check-in in advance.
Key handover: The key handover always takes place directly at the apartment. In most cases, the apartment does not have a reception. To ensure a smooth check-in, the planned arrival time must be communicated via email and any delays by phone.
Arrival time: The check-in time is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Check-out time: Check-out time is before 11:00 AM.
Before departure: The cleaning at the end of the stay is included in the price. We kindly ask you to leave the apartment in a tidy condition (dispose of trash, wash dishes, turn off the air conditioning and other devices, etc.).
