With "Zefix," he not only scored his first big hit virtually from a standing start, which earned him an ever-growing fan base overnight, but the song also made him the youngest Amadeus Award winner of all time and rewarded the likeable teenager with a platinum award on top of that.
That Chris Steger is more than a young man in lederhosen, he proved not only with his second big hit "Leicht kennt ma's hom", but also with his debut album "Zefix", released in the fall of 2021, for which he received a gold award, not common for a newcomer who has already gained his first experience on stage at "The Voice Kids", "Kiddy Contest" and "Falco Goes School" (he won the last two).
